Aslı is a lawyer and sustainability consultant at Our Hiraya. During her LL.M. in Law and Sustainable Development, Aslı aspired to expand her knowledge in topics related to the importance of human capital in the business context and in global supply chains. This made her understand that protecting workers’ rights and increasing their well-being is not only good practice from a human rights point of view but also has proven benefits on business productivity.

Aslı takes it as her task to showcase this link to business organizations and gradually lead them to become fully sustainable in their operations, without neglecting their workers.
