Cost and Quality Module

Identifying cost reduction opportunities, improving quality standards, and maximizing value across your supply network, including but not limited to these activities:

  • Working with suppliers to understand their costs and foster open pricing discussions
  • Collecting quality data and metrics, and setting targets around quality control
  • Engaging in value analysis and engineering with suppliers to identify cost reduction and improvement opportunities
  • Implementing programs that reward suppliers for meeting both cost reduction and quality performance targets

Innovation Showcasing Module

Surfacing breakthrough ideas and fostering supplier-driven innovation to fuel your competitive advantage, including but not limited to these activities:

  • Collecting information on all products and services provided by suppliers
  • Identifying which suppliers to partner with and to conduct R&D with on new products and services
  • Organizing events or channels for suppliers to demonstrate their innovative solutions
  • Conducting supplier capability assessments on technical expertise, production capacity, and innovation potential
